Anne brings over 15 years of experience leading recruiting at some of the world's most innovative companies. Before founding Sinclair Advisors, she co-founded Peoplepath — a global recruiting firm of 300+ recruiters spanning gaming, healthcare, SaaS, crypto, and consumer tech.
She has held senior talent leadership roles at Unity Technologies, Zillow/Trulia, PwC, Roblox, and DoorDash, scaling operations and building high-performing teams globally. An active advisor and angel investor, she is passionate about building inclusive, high-impact hiring programs that drive sustainable growth.
